Article 6 - Award of prizes and terms of use of prizes

The Competition Organizer will contact the randomly drawn winner by email only and inform them of the procedures to follow to access their prize. No mail will be sent to participants who have not won; only the winners will be contacted. Winners must respond within two weeks of this email being sent and provide their full contact details. If the winner does not respond within two weeks of this email being sent, they will forfeit their prize and will not be entitled to any compensation, prize, or other benefits whatsoever. In this case, the prize will be awarded to a substitute designated during the draw for the relevant session. The winner must comply with these rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be acquired by the Organizer. To this end, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, the participant's immediate identity, and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer. The prize must be used during the period indicated in accordance with the terms and conditions subsequently communicated to the winner. In addition, if the Organizer is unable to deliver the prize won to the winner(s), regardless of the cause, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, to which all participants consent.

The Organizer cannot be held liable for the inability to contact each winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during delivery. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details provided by those who participated in the competition. Furthermore, the Organizer of the competition declines all liability for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority. The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without incurring any liability. However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be posted online on the Site and sent free of charge to any person who has made a written request for payment in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 below. The Organizer disclaims all liability in the event of a malfunction preventing access and/or the proper running of the competition, in particular due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or any other similar processes allowing participation in the competition mechanically or otherwise is prohibited, violation of this rule will result in the permanent elimination of its creator and/or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular by computer in the context of participation in the competition or the determination of the winners. In this case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.
