Refund policy

If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, another product, or a refund to your original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have the purchase tag attached and be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use.
- The mini perfumes included in the discovery offer cannot be exchanged or returned.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to contact@bonparfumeur.com stating
1. Your order number
2. The reason for the return or exchange
3. The action requested between return or exchange
4. Print the prepaid shipping label you will receive by email.
5. Return all items to us using the label provided.

Additional information:
- Refunds are processed within two business days.
- Once processed, refunds may take up to seven business days to appear on your bank statement.
- Any shipping costs paid by the customer cannot be refunded.
